I disagree, pleasure 123. I think we *should* expect much. If I'd bought this (and, in a way, I have) I might be interested in what actually goes on "behind the scenes". I don't watch them that much because, like any movie, it should put you in a fantasy bubble where you're not consciously aware that it's not real. This sort of additional material pops that bubble and exposes some of the raw exploitation (of whom is still under discussion) and shallowness of the whole thing. What I find interesting might be the scene set-up, but what I find best is the girls when they're caught in unguarded moments; when they're not acting. When they're just walking around semi-dressed, bow-legged, scratching they're arse. More voyeuristic, I suppose. However, that does not mean I want to watch or listen to a Bruce Willis wannabee with confidence issues trying to sound cool while actually sounding like the egotistical simpleton he obviously is. It is just not poss that he did uncredited directing work!
