This is a futuristic horror film cut from the same cloth as A Clock Work Orange. In a world gone mad with legal and political infighting the United States Supreme Court extends Brown v. Board of Education to a retarded black man whose institutionalization has deprived him of sexual contact. Now deemed with a constitutional right to random white pussy our thick-dicked, feeble-minded hero goes to town on a flabby-assed skank supplied by the court (presumably to get her off of death row like in The Dirty Dozen). As frightened as a white school girl bussed into Harlem the courts human sacrifice finds a gentle but insistent monster stands between her and freedom. After some soothing sweet-talk like "Look how nervous you is!" and "Can I see what that pussy am like?" the newly entitled lunkhead takes what is his. Stretching, prodding, sucking and fucking his way to equality Shorty finally captures the American Dream when he shoots Justice Juice all over her ass.
