Hoopla10, the only answer I can surmise in response to your question is the implicit threat of female performers not being hired if they don't get silicone bolted onto their chests. A lot of times people in the industry, typically directors and producers, probably rip on their "flat" chests and heighten any feelings of inadequacy the women might have about their bodies. It's really sad, too, because so many of these women get horrendously bad boob jobs from obviously amateur physicians and that just makes it even worse.

It must be the agents/directors/studios that are convincing these women to go with the implants (I assume by suggesting that they will become more popular/profitable). Don't they realize we like them in all shapes and sizes? I cannot think of an instance where one of these chicks became more desirable to me after the surgery. I think it is the other way around. I have basically written off post-surgery scenes from Kara Mynor, Lela Star, Dasiy Marie (one of my all time faves, btw), and others.
