She did suicide by a Tylenol overdose. And no It's not that hard to die from a Tylenol (acetaminophen) OD. That's why any products that contain acetaminophen say not to combine it with other acetaminophen products. It's safe when used as directed only. An acetaminophen OD makes people sick to their stomachs at first, but then gets more deadly. The drug changes into toxic particles that are usually neutralized by glutathione, one type of coenzyme found in the liver. In an overdose, if it isn't pumped out in time, the toxic particles deplete all of the glutathione, causing the painful death of an hepatic coma.

Was it an accidental overdose or suicide? You'd have to take a whole bottle of tylenol to die from it. It'll shut down the liver, but the quantity needed for that isn't something that could easily be taken by accident. It's damn shame either way. She was one of my favorites.
