This is Violet Blue. I think legal action meant she had to change her stage name!

so here's what happened. In 2008, this sex-advice columnist, "Violet Blue" sues the Violet Blue (above) for trademark infringement. The film star had temporarily retired, had a family to support and had no $$ to defend this lawsuit. The film star V/B began using the name in films in 2000; the writer, didn't use the name until 2001. Apparently that's common knowledge, but since the film star V/B never appeared in court, this 'minor' fact wasn't mentioned. Needless to say, the writer (who, trust me, you would not want to see her in films) didn't disclose those dates either. Frankly, i've never heard of the writer V/B until news of the lawsuit began appearing in blogs about two years ago.

This is a great scene. One of Violet's best. She was married at the time thus a reference to her husband.

stewie_land is absolutely right about this "so-called" author. The bitch looks like Olive Oil from the Popeye cartoons. And that's actually and insult to the cartoon character. However, it does point out that most "pornstars" aren't rich and glamorous in "real life". Only a small percentage really make the big bucks off their celebrity. Also, with the number of aliases most porn people use, it doesn't seem like it's a big deal to most of them. However, it should serve as a lesson that they should file for a trademark if they don't want some pissant non-person laying claim to their stage identity. Anyway, this is a hot scene from early in Noname's career when she was still Violet Blue.

I'm pretty sure that "Noname Jane" means VB doesn't know who the actress is and doesn't just leave it blank. Kinda like Jane Doe/John Doe. It happens with some frequency. Another one I've seen is "Crazy". Just my two cents. Although, Violet shouldn't be hard recognize. Kinda lazy.
