I also use Firefox v.2.0.0.3 on Win XP and I can download 15 at a time. Granted some of them are slow but nevertheless, as others finish the speed picks back up (anywhere from 100 KB/sec to 300 KB/sec). Just visit Firefox's extensions page and download things like "Download Manager Tweak " and "Fasterfox" , etc..

some DVD's I can download several scenes at once but others seem to limit that--I get some bullshit message the server is unavailable. If that were true I wouldn't be able to download anything.

Let me try something: I am using a new computer with Vista OS. I can only download 2 vids at a time but my old computer can DL quite a few at a time. Anyone know how to change Vista?

Dont buy into the mac hype. i bought a new dual core mac, and ive been on the phone with apple care more the last 3 months than i have with my overprotective gf. avoid vista, get a kick-ass pc, and learn linux.... mac osx is really faulty. youll thank me. mac users, if you havent gotten that fatal error that makes you call apple care, just wait....you will. at least in linux i can fix it myself.
