I may speak on behalf of the minority here (at the risk of negative bangs), and I've always been a Savannah Stern fan, but I think she looks *better* with all of her plastic work done. Not to say I'm generally a fan of cosmetic surgery, but she looks like such a little sex kitten now days. I give her and Melissa Lauren the rare stamp of approval. They went from cute and natural to fake and slutty... which in these two circumstances is mighty fine for the purpose it serves.
